If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!, We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Holiday Club Leader to join our team in the Cardiff Area. From time to time we may need staff to lead on camps. As a Holiday Club Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing head coaches and volunteers, ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-sports camps during school holidays. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in running camps, possess excellent organisational skills, and have an outgoing personality to create a positive and engaging environment for participants.,

• Coordinate and supervise a team of head coaches and volunteers


• Plan and execute fun and interactive multi-sports activities for children


• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants


• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the holiday club


• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling and logistics including signing in and out participants,


• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other members of the team


• Provide leadership and guidance to the team to deliver an exceptional experience
  
  Previous experience in organizing and leading holiday camps is preferred


• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team


• Strong organisational and time management abilities


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Passion for working with children and creating a positive impact


• First Aid and safeguarding qualifications are essential


• DBS is essential (Can be attained through First Kick)
