We offer high quality housing based support to individuals who have previously identified as homeless or at risk of homelessness, working alongside them and external agencies to work towards realistic goals using support plans. We aim to promote positive changes and assist with tenant movement from shared supported accommodation onto independent living. We offer support with benefits, education, health and employment.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with vulnerable people, with an understanding of the issues that those at risk of homelessness may face. They will have good written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to providing a quality service, maintaining professional boundaries and a commitment to equal opportunities.
