Full Job Description

  • Work flexible hours (8 hour shifts Monday - Sunday with at least two days off

  • Ensure the correct level of security for all guest belongings is achieved

  • Complete regular and accurate linen, equipment and toiletry stock checks

  • Ensure the guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the required standard

  • Work to improve productivity and efficiency of room cleaning

  • Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues, and visitor

  • Report any maintenance, IT or security issues correctly

  • Maintain Public Area cleanliness standards

  • Clean day-let rooms and late check-outs as directed by the Head Housekeeper and be able to self check

  • Previous experience of working of a similarly physically demanding role is desirable
