We change lives through the education we offer and the research we undertake. You will advise, coach, influence and challenge senior stakeholders on significant HR issues and proactively influence a climate of change and alignment of schools/departments to the University's strategic aims.

Supported by a team of Senior HR Advisers, you will also be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive and effective HR service to a designated area and for the provision of high quality, business focused and strategic level advice. This will include providing extensive guidance and support to the appropriate Head of College/Heads of Divisions and their senior management team.

You will have experience of leading strategic and operational HR matters in a unionised environment within a large complex organisation.
