Full Job Description

As our HR/L&D Administrator you will be playing a vital role in both our HR and L&D team, supporting various HR/L&D functions. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, assisting with Hayley Inspire and providing support to employees regarding HR related inquiries.,

  • Handling general HR administration including electronic and paper filing, right-to-work checks and driving licence checks.

  • Supporting the onboarding of new starters.

  • Supporting the L&D Manager with training coordination, including listing and scheduling training courses ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintaining accurate records of training attendance and feedback.

  • Sending out forms, providing support on policies and general correspondence to employees across the branch network.

  • Maintaining the HR L&D database.

  • Undertaking ad-hoc tasks including occasional reception cover.

    Proven experience as a HR/L&D Administrator or similar.

  • Positive 'can do' attitude and a willingness to undertake any task given.

  • Applicants must be computer literate, with experience in using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Office.

  • Work independently and able to follow instructions.

  • Must have achieved GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.
