IFA Administrator

The administration team is the engine room of our business and a key department to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. As part of the close-knit team, you will be responsible for supporting other team members with administration duties plus providing a first-class service to our clients.

The role will be 100% office based at our Central Manchester office in Ancoats. The salary range depends on experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing Annual Review packs for our bank of Wealth Management clients.


• Ensuring that all documentation and reports are issued correctly within the designated timeframe, and internal records kept up to date.
  
  Basic knowledge of financial services and products is desirable.


• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload.


• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.


• A good standard of knowledge of Microsoft packages.


• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
