Full Job Description
- Process enquiries, quotations and sales orders from our telephone, email and
- Processes reactive sales obtained though sales platforms ie. Website and ebay.
- Oversee the correct picking & dispatch of hardware orders
- Using solid technical advice, provide an informed sales pitch to existing and
- Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer
- Provides excellent after sales service aiming for all customers to be 100%
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize
- Maximise business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Reports to the Sales Manager
Ideally, but not essential, experience within the door or window industry - Strong customer-facing skills
- Sales & customer service experience
- Clear and confident phone manner
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize and use your own initiative
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Problem solving & working within a team
- Computer literate
- Ability to retain information
- Eye for detail, GCSE or equivalent (required)
- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
