Full Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for installations and upgrades on our company's computers, tablets, and smartphones. You will also provide all staff with training on using hardware, software, and cloud-based services. Working as part of a team comprising of internal and outsourced members, you will contribute to the excellent on-premise and remote IT support and the effective operation, maintenance and repair of all computers and computer-related resources throughout the business.,

  • Managing and maintaining The B2W Group's technological equipment, such as computers, tablets, and smartphones, ensuring the devices interconnect with file servers, email servers, financial systems and cloud-based services seamlessly.

  • Installing, upgrading, and managing software and hardware on company devices and assisting with the management of all software licensing.

  • Providing staff with training on how to use hardware, software, and cloud-based services, creating instructions and user guides for program installation sequences.

  • Keeping an inventory of all company IT assets, as well as evaluating and recommending software purchases to the IT Manager.

    Experience working in a similar role, with demonstrable knowledge of IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites, as well as admin-level knowledge of Azure AD, EndPoint Manager, Microsoft Office & Teams, VLE (Moodle) and SharePoint.

  • An understanding of hardware and software installation and upgrades, LAN/WAN, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, antivirus, backup and DR provision.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be able to communicate at both a technical and non-technical level to the wider team., IT support: 1 year (required)

    £25,000 - £28,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time, Salary up to £28,000.
