We are a well respected dining venue for locals and visitors using fresh produce from local suppliers and creating most of our menu items in house.
Role of the Junior Sous Chef:

• Develop the food standards to further build our reputation.


• Input menu ideas.


• Train & lead junior team members.


• Manage the kitchen in head chef and sous chefs absence.


• Assist in management of all health & safety documentation
