Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service apprentice to be working alongside fully qualified advisors within a Ford dealership. Duties will include assisting customers, complaints handling, communication, and more.

Duties may include:

  • Sourcing and stocking vehicle parts

  • Communication

  • Dealing with customer queries

  • How to currently handle complaints

  • Assisting customers

    Apprenticeship standard L3 (Customer Service Specialist)

  • An industry recognised standard qualification

  • Functional skills in English and maths if needed, GCSE or equivalent Math's & English (Grade C or Level 4) Desired
