Kitchen Assistant

We run a successful catering unit that provides catering to music festivals. We're currently looking for friendly team members to help manage the kitchen during these events. It is important for us that the candidate has a clean driving lisence.

The main responsibilities include:

-preparation of food in high volumes

-maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen including pot washing

We already have a sizable team, but we need more staff to support us during the busy festival season. Working at festivals has its ups and downs.

Candidates must be willing to work long hours, live in a tent throughout the summer, be away from family and friends, and travel a lot. But there are benefits, too, like working outdoors, making good money, meeting friendly people, enjoying big-name artists, and seeing the country.

Prior experience working in kitchens, if possible

- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure

- Flexibility to work away from home for a substantial amount of time
