Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter

Job status: Minimum 25 hrs per week/Full time, permanent

to undertake basic food prep, working on the dessert section during service and also Pot wash duties.

A dedicated individual who strives for the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen organisation. Will thrive on being a supportive role, knowing which tasks to undertake and when to ensure a smooth running of the kitchen environment.

· Will excel in kitchen organisation, cleanliness and hygiene.

· Is a team player willing to provide a pivotal role in supporting the kitchen team.

· Will be customer focused, understanding how to deliver the premium guest experience synonymous with Provenance Inns & Hotels.

· Will support a busy environment, using own initiative to alleviate pressures when volume surges.

· Will take pride in a clean, safe, functional and efficient kitchen operation., · Will require own transport

· No formal qualifications necessary, but previous kitchen experience within a high-quality hospitality environment beneficial.

· Working within a privately-owned, group of high-quality hospitality sites renowned for gastro excellence.
