Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for food preparation and hospitality to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel kitchen environment., Assist the kitchen staff with various tasks, including food preparation and plating
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
