Full Job Description

We have the exciting opportunity for a personable and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team here at Roding Valley High School. We are looking for a member of staff to work with students to develop their knowledge and understanding both inside and outside the classroom and lead on some evidence based interventions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve and be the best that they can be. The role would suit both primary and secondary practitioners who have knowledge of supporting young people with low literacy and numeracy levels. Experience of working with SEND children is desirable.
