Full Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree on lets and progress let's through to exchange and completion.

  • Identifying and maximizing business opportunities

  • Carrying out Lettings and Listings

  • Booking property viewings and registering applicants

  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face

  • Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets

  • Giving directives to the lettings team to lead them to branch targets

  • Negotiating and agreeing on tenancies

  • Representing the company in a professional manner

  • Previous lettings experience would be desirable but not a must

  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • You will have solid IT skills

  • Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.

  • You will be target-driven and ambitious.

  • Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount., Customer service: 2 years (required)

  • Administrative: 2 years (required)

  • lettings: 1 year (preferred)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence and own transport (required)
