Level 3 Childcare Practitioner

Manage and supervise children in a nurturing and safe environment
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programmes
- Maintain a clean and organised nursery or childcare facility
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the health and safety of all children by following proper protocols and procedures
- Provide leadership and guidance to childcare apprentices

As a Childcare practitioner , you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of children in our care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children., Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong organisational skills to maintain a structured environment for children, Must have a Minimum Level 3 in Early Years.,

• A-Level or equivalent (required), Early childhood education: 2 years (required)
