LILS / RK / TLD - Personal Assistant in Thornton-Cleveleys

We are looking to employ a personal assistant to support a young adult with a learning disability and deafness, to accompany her in all her social activities.

• Supporting her to attend a social evening on a Wednesday.


• Trips to the zoo


• Picnics in the park


• Swimming


• Cinema

She is looking for someone with lots of energy, who is active, with plenty of enthusiasm, and someone who can keep up with her.
Knowing sign language and/or Makaton would be desirable

Ideally, applicants will have knowledge/experience of learning disabilities and hearing loss, although training is provided.
