Manufacturing Team Supervisor (Welding and Fabrication)

Supervise daily operations of the fabrication and welding team.

- Assist the Production Manager and Foreman in managing workflow and team dynamics.

- Implement and refine production lines to enhance efficiency.

- Streamline processes and optimise production scheduling to meet customer demands.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of safety within the team.

- Monitor the quality of output and ensure all products meet strict quality standards.

Proven experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing, ideally within a welding or fabrication environment but this is not mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques and standards.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

- Experience in process improvement and production line management.,
