Full Job Description

Evolve Care Group are looking for a creative and lateral thinking Marketing Executive with a flair for thinking outside the box to join our dynamic team in the Bristol office.

This office-based role thrives on proactive, creative thinking at all times, where the ideal candidate is constantly generating new ideas and strategies.

Here are just some of the responsibilities of the role:

  • Development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns

  • Market research

  • Content creation - blogs, press release, social media content and promotional material

  • Relationship build with stakeholders to gain image consent & interview for news-worthy stories

  • Testimonial management

  • Support the maintenance of websites and social media profiles

  • Assist with event days

  • Admin to support marketing activity

  • Other duties as required to enhance the marketing activity across the organisation

    Proven experience in a markering role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Social Media experience (this can be personal experience, not just in the workplace)

  • Website management an advantage but not necessary

    The office has 3 floors, one floor dedicated purely for our accredited training arm of the business which is open to all 850+ team members who are spread across the wider Evolve group. We are incredibly fortunate to have a new modern kitchen, equipped with a commercial coffee machine (so no more trips needed to the local coffee shop!) and newly furbished dining/lounge area where we can relax during lunch breaks and desk hop if a quiet area is needed.
