Full Job Description

As a Material Resource Planning (MRP) Controller at Siemens Aero Derivative Gas Turbine (AGT), your day begins with analyzing demand changes and communicating implications to Supply Chain Managers, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. You'll collaborate closely with suppliers to maintain detailed delivery plans, monitor stock levels, and manage supplier relationships. Your meaningful project involves optimizing the supply chain to meet business objectives efficiently. Your work impacts the team by ensuring smooth operations, delighting customers with timely deliveries, and contributing to Siemens Energy's mission of providing sustainable and reliable energy solutions. HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:


  • Responding to demand changes and providing insights to optimize the supply chain.


  • Maintaining detailed delivery plans and managing stock levels across multiple SAP system plants.


  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of hardware.


  • Leading operational improvements in planning, control, inventory, and delivery processes.


  • Coordinating delivery issues and implementing recovery programs to meet the production plan.

    Proven experience in engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, or logistics.


  • Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and IT systems.


  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.


  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.


  • Ability to take ownership of your development and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
