Multi Skilled Operative

This role will be to support the MOD Housing contract which covers Bicester, High Wycombe and Halton and we will be expanding our services to Marlow and Maidenhead., We are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to become part of our dedicated team of tradespeople. You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and refurbishment projects, in mostly void MOD properties across Bicester, High Wycombe and Halton. We will also be expanding our services to Marlow and Maidenhead. This position offers a diverse range of tasks, ensuring that each day brings something new.

Please note, this role requires travel, so we can only consider applicants with a full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

• Planned and reactive maintenance tasks


• Assisting with quality checks and compliance


• Carry out kitchen & bathroom upgrades


• Assisting with general refurbishment and repair works


• External repairs such as fencing and groundworks
