MMPL is pleased to announce, we have a new exciting opportunity for a new Administrator / Receptionist to join our ever-expanding team, on a full time, permanent basis.

MMPL (Millennium Medical Products Limited) commenced trading in 1998 and is now one of the UK's leading manufacturers of Medical Gas Equipment supplying to almost every hospital in the UK and successfully increasing our supply worldwide. MMPL lead the way by constantly creating new innovative Medical Gas Products and welcome a new administrator to join us along the way.

As first point of contact for the business, the right candidate must be polite and take calls in a warm a professional manner.

The ideal candidate will will responsible for:

  • Making and receiving calls to customers and suppliers

  • General office duties

  • Office stock control

  • Typing sending letters and emails

  • Scanning

  • Filing

  • Liaising with the shop floor to produce product identification.

  • Assisting the sales team with administrative duties

  • Updating Training records

  • Health & Safety record updating

  • Organising couriers
