The Operations Leader is essential for the outworking of the strategic vision of Altrincham Baptist Church (ABC) namely to 'Be a Disciple, Make Disciples, Reveal the Kingdom of God' and is key to ensuring the ethos and values of ABC are maintained across the church. The role is to oversee the operational function of ABC in order to facilitate effective and efficient delivery of structures and systems to support the delivery of ABC's vision and programmes through the operational health of the church. Altrincham Baptist Church is based in Altrincham, South Manchester. We we serve a wide area and look to work in partnership with other churches and organisations. Our focus as a church is to get to know Jesus, follow him and do the things he does. We are a multi-generational and multi-cultural community of Jesus followers who share God's big heart for our community and the world. Our vision is to - Be a disciple - Make disciples - Reveal the kingdom of God Across our two buildings in Altrincham, we gather on Sunday mornings, run a lively community centre and a Community Hub that serves our local community. In addition to our staff team, we have a large volunteer base that support the work done through our church and Community Hub.
