Onsite Clinical Pharmacist - Essex - (TPN-ON-ESS-CP)

As a Clinical Pharmacist you will confidently act within professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role, working with colleagues to help resolve medication-related issues, helping to utilise skill mix, improve patient outcomes and ensure better access to healthcare. You will support practice staff with prescription and medication queries., As a clinical pharmacist you will confidently act within professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists and GP's.

The Pharmacist Network are a clinical led organisation here to support GPs with the delivery of pharmacist and pharmacy tech services. We employ pharmacists and place them into PCNs and in partnership we support the training, development and workflow management of the pharmacists.
