Full Job Description

As we look to expand our product offering, E Service currently have a vacancy for an Order Processing Operative. You will report to the Order Processing Team Lead and act as an important member of our order processing and despatch team.

What You Will Do:

  • Receive completed orders from the sales team, understand what is needed, pick parts for direct dispatch to the client or deliver equipment to our busy workshop team.

  • assist with deliveries, maintaining stock integrity, collecting and packing customer orders and maintaining our high standards.

  • Booking products into stock, which requires lifting and use of manual handling equipment.

    Have a positive can-do, no-nonsense approach

  • Be Prepared to work hard and make the most of our in-house training.

  • Undertake tasks efficiently and self sufficiently with great attention to detail

  • A great communicator who enjoys interacting with their colleagues.

  • Willing to learn, however basic PC skills would be an advantage

  • Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and enthusiastic!

  • Ability to work from our facility based in Welham Green (Herts)

    Founded in 2004, E-Service are Europe's largest dedicated and independent supplier of specialist service, spares and repairs for the pay to play industry. We offer a dependable service for kiosk repairs, change machine repairs, arcade and casino equipment repairs and more. Each day, E-service processes several hundred orders and service requests requiring equipment to be efficiently picked, packed and shipped.

    A full-time permanent position (40 hours / week, 08:30 - 17:00)

  • Competitive starting salary of £11-13 per hour
