Full Job Description
- Handling low value claims from inception to conclusion
- Submitting claims on official injury claims portal and MOJ Portal
- Instructing medical experts, valuing claims, and negotiating settlements
- Working towards financial targets
- Assisting solicitors on more complex cases
- Issuing court proceedings and other aspects of litigation
No Experience Required - Full training provided - Graduate - Law preferred
- LPC, CILEx qualification or working towards similar qualification
- Excellent communicative skills
- Be able to establish priorities and manage deadlines
- Highly motivated and pro-active team player
