Full Job Description
- Ensure that all visitors are greeted professionally and receive instant attention and a warm welcome
- Offer first class customer service and understanding the customers' requirements
- Ensure all customer facing areas are clean, neat, and tidy always adhering to the agreed Housekeeping Standards
- Always maintain a high degree of customer service
- Ensure all customers and prospects are aware of the full range of services provided by the business to maximise service and parts business

As a Receptionist in one of our state-of-the-art dealerships, you'll be the face of JMG and often the first point of contact when a customer starts their journey with us. You will give a warm welcome to every customer as soon as they walk through the door, offering assistance and refreshments whenever needed. We are looking for someone with a high standard of organisation and attention to detail, ensuring customer-facing areas are always kept clean and tidy and meeting rooms are replenished with food and beverages as required.,
