Full Job Description

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Personal Assistant to the Principal who will be responsible for providing effective administration to the Principal and the Senior Leadership Team. This position will also be responsible for management of the front of house and responsible for any planned or emergency cover.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in an administration function within a school, ideally with experience in line management. Is able to demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to multi task within a fast-paced changing environment.

You will have strong interpersonal skills and proven IT skills; SIMS experience would be advantageous. You will be able to work well as part of a team, but also demonstrate initiative and the ability to work alone. Salary £32,475 - £34,984 (Actual Salary RG6 29-32)

37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm), Term Time Only plus inset days, plus 5 days in the holidays
