Product Manager

As a Product Manager for Commercial Transport (CT) and Light Industrial Coatings (LIC) you are focused on compiling, managing our brand proposition. Reporting to the UK & Ireland Marketing Manager the Product Manager will bring CT and LIC products to market, managing the product portfolio and delivering a support proposition which enables the commercial teams to deliver our sales strategy.

The product manager will develop product launch plans and position the CT and LIC products and brands following goals and market dynamics.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with team members to understand customer needs, pain points, and industry trends related to refinish coatings in the commercial transport and light industrial sectors.


• Work with Technical and EMEA colleagues to ensure future products are fit for the UK and Ireland market


• Define the long-term vision for our CT & LIC refinish coatings, considering factors such as sustainability, performance, and regulatory compliance.


• Provide analysis to understand the performance of the product portfolio, to help identify areas where we can improve performance - including new product sales, margin & range fill.


• Manage ongoing pricing of the portfolio, and record and publish available competitor pricing information


• Work with external agencies and in-house resource to deliver high quality online and offline sales support tools ensuring appropriate content, tone, and consistency with corporate and brand guidelines.


• Work with CT&LIC sales teams to grow our 'Selemix Select' distributor network, Our employee benefits programs are designed to support the health and well-being of our employees.   Over 5 years' experience in product management, marketing, or analysis roles


• Business analysis experience and PowerBI, Excel (can perform complex functions)


• Commercial awareness


• Strategic foresite


• Experience with the product lifecycle and product management process
