Full Job Description

A Product Manager (PM) is focused on our product's overall strategy, development, and success through aligning team goals with business and user needs, focusing on outcomes, active collaborations with different teams, and driving iterative product development from ideation to tracking post live success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Product


  • Excites and engages people on the product vision and roadmap

  • Provides and advocates for a value driven, prioritised, feasible roadmap

  • Effectively uses discovery to identify and validate product change

  • Utilises domain expertise, data, and user research to make decisions

  • Proactive collaboration with Marketing, Design, Product and external 3rd parties


  • 2. Process
  • Ensures outcomes are balanced effectively against different company goals

  • Define, maintain, advocates key metrics to measure impact of change

  • Ensures discovery and delivery is tightly scoped, lean, and incremental

  • Builds user/stakeholder feedback loops that provide valuable insight

  • Ensure clear and continuous ownership of initiatives internally and externally


  • 3. P&L Management
  • Provide deep insight to weekly trading meetings pushing the business to improve

  • Working with Finance, set detailed, assumption based budgets

  • Participate in forecasting and pacing activities

  • Exceed your business performance targets that achieve our business strategy

  • Understand and communicate results, impacts, variances, analysis and business cases

  • Expertise in leveraging complex suppliers/partner relationships, contracts and projects to achieve our business objectives


  • 4. People Leadership
  • Lead and collaborate with internal and external team members

  • Taking ownership for the execution of domain plans: Identifying problems, raising and mitigating risks, finding solutions across people, process and technology

  • Limit work in progress for the organisation by prioritising the most impactful initiatives and leveraging the development capacity of our white label partners

  • Evangelise and educate your colleagues and stakeholders on the strategy

    Commercially astute with a strong appetite and ability to find insights no-one else has thought of by using critical thinking alongside analysing all of the data assets available to you within RVU (Rigour)

  • A bias to action and ability to 'get stuff done', making every day count (Urgency)

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to tailor your message according to your audience and influence a range of people from the Board through to a graduate
