Production / Factory Operative

Immediate starts for Warehouse Operative's are available in Kineton, Warwickshire on a full time permanent basis.,

• Ensuring that operations are carried out as specified per product booking.


• To safely ensure that all materials are accurately identified, checked, weighed, loaded, decanted & labeled.


• To Take ownership in that the machinery & production areas are kept clean & that all drums are taken out & tools put away at the end of the day.


• To improve efficiency through improved working practices & to ensure production procedures are followed correctly.


• To carry out testing on the manufactured products to ensure it meets the required specification.


• Data entry on the database (Sage) when despatching and receiving goods.
  
  Having a similar Manufacturing / Factory background is advantageous however not essential


• Being technically minded, or enjoy solving problems on your feet is advantageous


• Self-motivated attitude, able to work as part of a team


• Own transport is essential due to rural location
  
  Open to negotiation (DOE)


• Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm


• Onsite parking
