We are recruiting for an experienced production planner to join the WARP SNACKS Supply Chain Team Based in Nuneaton.

The Warp Snacks Production Planner is a key member of the Supply Chain team. Our business has ambitious growth plans over the next 4years which means there is lots of scope within our supply chain team for progression.

The Role Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer forecasts and sales orders to create suitable production plans.

  • Work closely with Operations to ensure plan execution and work with the team to ensure production issues are resolved and production delays kept to a minimum.

  • Coordinate production plans in accordance with available materials, labour, and equipment.

  • Implement any changes to production plans to ensure that any changes in demand are met and deadlines are met.

  • Run the weekly plan sign-off meeting to align on future production requirements.

  • Attend the daily production meeting and represent on priorities around delivery and cost.

  • Recommend viable solutions to reduce production costs, as well as input into production process improvements and product quality.

  • ERP experience, (Access experience would be an advantage but not essential)

  • Highly organised and able to work well within a team as well as on an individual basis.

  • Own the adherence to plan reporting process.

    To be successful in the role of Production Planner you will need to be extremely organised and have had at least 2+ years' experience within a similar role (FMCG / Manufacturing experience desirable).


  • Experience with scheduling production and managing finished goods inventory levels.

  • Have sound knowledge of materials requirement planning.

  • Be able to manage to deadlines and demonstrate excellent time management skills

  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills to ensure that production operations run smoothly.

  • Highly organised and able to work well within a team as well as on an individual basis.
