Full Job Description

TFJ are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our busy team working on long term property adaptation and fire safety contracts in the North-West. This is a great opportunity to be part of a small, close-knit team. Working with the Divisional Manager and Supervisors, your role is vital in ensuring our customers remain at the heart of our services. The role requires:

  • Extensive administrative support to the division

  • Liaising with residents to book appointments, ensuring they are informed and happy with our service

  • Liaising with clients regarding project status providing updates on progress using mainly cloud based systems and Microsoft Excel.

  • Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors

  • Producing purchase orders for materials

  • Ordering materials

  • Arranging site visits

  • Production of project packs, containing key project data

  • Other basic administrative duties as required

    Punctual and reliable

  • Well organised and methodical in approach

  • Strong communication skills

  • Passionate about quality

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong MS Office skills (for example, Excel and able to input basic formulas such as VLOOKUP, Outlook to use Microsoft Teams and communicate with clients and residents professionally and succinctly)

  • Experience within an office environment

  • Have a positive attitude and proactive approach towards health and safety

  • Be a team player and willing to support the Project Coordinating team as required
