Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our team. As a Project Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Duties:

- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion

- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables

- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

- Prepare and present project reports to management

- Supervise project team members and provide guidance as needed

- Implement project management best practices and methodologies

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- Proven experience in project management or a related role

- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies

- Proficiency in SAS, Confluence, SAFe, Smartsheet, and other relevant software

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Experience in supervising teams is preferred

- Knowledge of cost control principles is a plus

- Familiarity with product development processes is an asset,

    Pay: £14.84-£15.60 per hour

    Expected hours: 25 per week
