Full Job Description

We are hiring for an inventory clerk to work independently across London and the surrounding areas.

The role of an inventory clerk is to visit properties and compile a report detailing the contents and condition to assist letting agents, landlords and tenants with deposit returns and resolution.

You will be working independently, traveling to properties in and around the London area to conduct your inspections. You will also work closely with estate agents, landlords and tenants, collecting keys and checking tenants in and out of properties.

We also work with estate agents to provide assistance with property viewings that you may be required to do.

While previous experience in property is desirable, we are happy to provide full training for the right applicant.

Travel is required around London and surrounding areas, so familiarity with the tubes/trains or own transport is essential.

£45 - £300 a day - Permanent, Part-time, There are no fixed hours for this role so you can work as many or as few hours as suit you. The average expected of you would be around 10 hours a day.

You are paid per property, starting from £50 for approximately 1 bedroom (1 hours work)
