Property Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a flexible, professional candidate who has proven experience within the Property Maintenance sector which involves, plastering, joinery, painting, plumbing and electrical work would be a bonus.

On a daily/weekly basis you will be assigned jobs to complete that align with your skills and experience.

Using your own vehicle you will be expected to drive to the assigned job(s) and complete the work detailed in your work app

The locations will be Nottinghamshire based and the customers range from rental tenants to private/residential

Most days you will be working independently however some days you will be required to work alongside other engineers

At the end of each job/working day you will be required to update the job details using our software app, Simpro

If you already have your own customer/client base, this may suit you as we would be happy to look at 2-3 days a week.,

• Hands on support where needed and daily operational support from our Ops team


• Uniform provided (polo shirts and gilets)


• Benefit from occasional early finishes if allocated jobs are completed quickly and to a high, professional standard

Dealing face to face with customers and tenants can sometimes appear challenging, therefore a calm and professional manner is required at all times.

Please note, this role is not for everyone. We are looking for people who fit the above personality and skill level (as a minimum). If you are looking for every day to be easy, this role is not for you.,
• Minimum of 2-3 years all-round maintenance experience covering all areas of domestic property maintenance including (but not limited to) basics of woodwork/joinery, electrics, plumbing, painting, plastering and any skills of hanging shelves and general DIY


• Competent IT Skills and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and via our mobile job management app


• Provide your own tools


• Full drivers' licence and access to your own transport.


• Must be local to the Nottingham area
  
  £15.00 - £17.50 an hour - Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
