Full Job Description
- Process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain company purchase ledgers to ensure financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Perform basic administration tasks, including manual and digital filing.
- Assist with Credit Control duties when necessary.
- Oversee checking of freight invoices against deliveries, ensuring accurate customer charges where applicable.
Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar role is preferred. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
