Full Job Description

Arconic is currently in search of Quality Engineer to join our Quality team in Kitts Green.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be contributing to the business objective of supplying high quality products and services which meet our customers' requirements on time.

You will be communicating with our suppliers, customers, and employees to provide quality assurance support to help continuously improve our Manufacturing processes and Quality Management System.
Primary Responsibilities

  • 1 st party internal auditing.

  • 3 rd party audit support.

  • Supplier monitoring and support.

  • Customer complaint and claims processing.

  • Quality documentation review.

  • Equipment calibration and verification.

  • Process analysis and improvement.

  • Final product release.


  • Key Objectives

    Contribute to ongoing compliance to ISO9001, AS9100, NADCAP requirements and overall QMS and business success by proactively :-
  • Using quality improvement tools and evidence-based decision making to improve processes and reduce risk.

  • Communicating with suppliers, customers, and employees and providing quality assurance support.

    GCSE English and Mathematics

  • Experience working with different regulation standards, such as ISO9001, AS9100.

  • Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.

  • Experience using quality improvement tools.

  • Good communicate skills.

  • Good computer skills - Excel, PowerPoint., Higher education qualification in a field relevant to Quality Assurance
