Full Job Description

  • Ensure that all contractual obligations are met within the defined area and / or activities assigned. This includes supporting the Account Manager and wider Account Management Team in achieving all contractual KPIs.

  • Develop strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and provide timely responses to requests for help and support.

  • Review quoted works ensuring value for money by challenging the suppliers, requesting alternative quotes and identifying opportunities for value engineering.

  • Measure and monitor value for money by providing detailed reporting and analysis demonstrating saving identified, both realised and non-realised.

  • Analyse data to identify any trends / patterns where process improvement can be implemented to demonstrate value for money.

  • Analyse data and identify opportunities for process improvement for achieving a high level First Time Fix rate.


  • Promote a positive Health and Safety culture ensuring any issues and areas of concern are escalated to the Account Manager and addressed.

  • Embrace learning and person development opportunities

  • Promote the 'Bellrock' culture within the business.


  • Undertake any other duties that may be reasonably assigned by the Line Manager and which are consistent with the postholders knowledge and skills necessary for the satisfactory completion of business needs

    QS qualification

  • IOSH qualification - Health & Safety awareness

  • IT literate, intermediate level in use of Excel to include pivot tables and data manipulation

  • Commercial Contract awareness

  • Basic technical knowledge

  • Data management and analysis

  • Management Reporting

  • Volume based processing and analysis

  • Working to defined processes and procedures

  • Managing key stakeholder relationships

  • Working in Facilities Management

  • Working with the Supply Chain
