Walker Morris' Real Estate team is looking to recruit ambitious lawyers who wish to join a growing and successful team specialising in a range of complex and high-profile real estate matters.
The Real Estate team has exciting growth plans and are looking to recruit into a variety of new roles within the practice area. We have the opportunity for NQs, Associates, Senior Associates and Directors to join the growing team, ideally boasting strong commercial real estate experience in private practice.
Responsibilities:
We have one of the strongest specialist Real Estate teams in the country and have an enviable reputation for delivering focused legal advice to top quality clients. The work is likely to be varied but lawyers in our real estate team typically get exposure to the following work areas:

  • landlord and tenant;

  • acquisitions and disposals;

  • development;

  • corporate support; and

  • financing transactions.
