Full Job Description

Forest Homecare is looking to recruit an Office Support to join our team in Sible Hedingham.

The role will include:

· This position is based at our head office front desk welcoming visitors and staff to the premises and dealing efficiently and effectively with all telephone enquiries

· Dealing with a high volume all incoming telephone calls and transferring calls

· Maintaining spreadsheets of delivery of support plans

· Scanning documents and filing them electronically

· Providing administrative support to Branch Manager

· Providing support with company vehicles such as tax, MOT, servicing, repairs, weekly checks for cleanliness

· You will be an experienced office worker with excellent IT skills, proficient in Outlook Email, Word and Excel.

· You will have excellent communication and written skills

· You will be able to deal sensitively and effectively with calls from service users or their representatives, health and social care professionals and other organisations and forward sometimes complex/urgent messages
