Full Job Description

As our Registered Service Manager, you will work directly with a supportive and forward-thinking CEO, who will help you to develop your skills and progress in your career. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at the beginning of our journey and the start of sector regulation by Ofsted.

Thrive Leaving Care is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Service Manager to join our team in Lancashire. As a new 16-18 leaving care supported accommodation provider, we are looking for someone who can help us develop a quality-led service with a focus on building a strong team to support vulnerable young people into independence.

In this exciting opportunity, you will be working directly with our CEO, who has over 10 years of experience leading education and care services for young people. Together, you will develop and implement strategies to achieve excellent outcomes for our young people, and build a highly motivated and committed team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing leaving care services, and will possess relevant sector knowledge, including a level 5 in leadership and management. You will be passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable young people and will have a child-centered approach to service delivery.

  • On-site parking, Thrive Leaving Care is committed to growing our services across Lancashire and Greater Manchester, and the successful candidate will play a key role in achieving this. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a basic salary of £40,000 per annum, plus a £2,000 Ofsted registration bonus, a £5,200 occupancy bonus, and a £5,000 Ofsted quality bonus. We also offer a NEST pension scheme and 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays. There is also free parking onsite.
