Full Job Description

  • Managing the delivery and implementation of the colleague reward schemes within our Supply Chain and Service Operation business area for circa 3,000 colleagues

  • Reviewing the annual design and implementation of bespoke reward schemes

  • The ongoing review of the schemes to ensure they are delivering against agreed engagement and financial objectives also leading the design and implementation of any in year short term incentives

  • Continually reviewing with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the reward schemes remain relevant and fit for purpose.

  • Managing the full end to end reward process, from regular leadership and financial updates through to the reconciliation, communication and calculation of Reward Payments.

    To be skilled in the analysis of technically demanding and detailed information

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to transform ideas into actionable metrics

  • Ability to influence at all levels

  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills with strong presentation skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel to an advanced level

  • Commercial awareness


  • It would be great if you had:

  • Experience with Power BI and MS Azure

  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and/or SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and Databricks
