Full Job Description

  • Support children in their daily routines.

  • Foster positive relationships with our children.

  • Assist with educational and recreational activities.

  • Ensure a safe and secure environment.

  • Maintain records and contribute to care plans.

  • Providing person centered support to young people with all aspects of their daily lives within a homely environment.

    The successful candidates will have a strong commitment to the well-being and happiness of the young people in their care and will be able to provide them with the support and guidance they need to thrive. Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioural or emotional difficulties, is preferred. A Level 3 qualification and upwards is desirable but candidates with less experience and qualifications are also welcome to apply., Passion for working with children.

  • Have the ability to remain calm and professional when a young person is in a crisis.

  • Reliable, empathetic and adaptable.

  • Can be flexible and responsive in order to meet the needs of our young people which can change from day to day.

  • Excellent communication skills.

    Salary: Starting from £25,836 based on experience

    CF Group provide residential services in homes for young people aged from 6-17, with emotional and behavioural difficulties, in a therapeutic homely environment.
