Retail Assistant - Full Time

We are looking to expand our team of colleagues in our Bradford store (Euroway Industrial Estate) and currently have a vacancy for a full time Retail Assistant. Could you be the person we are looking for?!

Working hours for this opportunity will be 39.75 hours per week, shift pattern as follows:

WEEK 1:
Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri - 9.00am - 5.00pm
Sun - 9.00am - 1.00pm

WEEK 2:
Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri - 9.00am - 5.00pm
Thurs - 9.00am - 8.00pm

So what can you expect to be doing in this retail assistant role?

• Working as part of a busy team, ensuring the best customer service is given to each customer


• Welcoming customers into the store, supporting them with their shopping experience if needed


• Providing excellent knowledge on products sold


• Helping customers with their checkout experience


• Involvement in regular stock replenishment


• Making sure the store looks inviting and tidy at all times


• Answering customer phone calls in a professional manner


• Supporting your colleagues where necessary
  
  A retail or wholesale environment


• Cash handling / till / checkout experience


• Having good organisational skills and a grasp of basic numeracy


For this retail assistant role we would also need you to have:

• The ability to communicate well at all levels.


• The drive and determination to succeed in a fast paced environment.


• A friendly and approachable person who can build relationships with both customers and staff., retail / wholesale / customer service: 1 year (preferred)


• cash handling / tills & checkouts: 1 year (preferred)


• stock handling / rotation replenishment: 1 year (preferred)
