Retail Store Assistant

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Duty Managers / Supervisor / Key Holder to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our retail store. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their questions
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Proficient phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries
- Ability to upsell products and drive sales,

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)


• customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
