Full Job Description
- Ensure all quotes and orders are processed in line with the sales guidelines
- Support relevant regions where and when required
- Upholding great response times
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth order flow
- Efficiently handle multiple requests of order processing from various regional managers
- Sales orders - entering and managing orders
- Quotations - creating and sending quotes to customers when required
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- To aid the company to meet sales targets and report any deviations
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Filing
- Keeping an eye on all open sales orders to ensure goods are reserved and dispatched in time
Proven work experience as a Sales support or Sales administrator - Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Understanding of various sales/quote KPI's
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Project and time management skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace industry or a related discipline, will accept applicants who do not have degrees but have a few years of experience.
- Experience in the aerospace industry will also be seen as an advantage
