Full Job Description

Jardine Motors Group is currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team at our Audi Amersham Dealership. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales Team, and ensuring that all sales paperwork and processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.,

  • ·Provide accurate administrative support to the Sales department.

  • Make sure that reporting deadlines are met, and that audit quality standards are achieved.

  • Ensure full compliance with the Retail Sales Policy, highlighting any concerns accordingly.

  • A working knowledge of commercial database systems.

  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent administration, typing and data entry skills.


  • The legal part:

    We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), as we advise on and sell finance and insurance products. As this role includes FCA regulated activities, we will ask you to complete an FCA questionnaire as part of our recruitment process. You will be asked to declare any unspent criminal convictions, CCJs or bankruptcy. We will look into all declarations made and seek a credit reference, but they may not serve as a bar to employment with us.

    For this opportunity you do not need any previous Sales Administration experience, but we do require some Administration experience.

  • Referral programme, The working pattern for this role is flexible, this is a 35 hours weekly role, 5 days a week but you can choose whether to start at 8am - 3.30pm or 9.30am - 5pm, or even anything in between! The basic salary for the role for this role is £27,500 pro rata.
