Salesforce Administrator

Provide Salesforce consultancy to the GBS EMEA alliances and operational departments. You will play a key role during the analysis, implementation, and release phases to ensure the functional designs meet business requirements and deliver the defined benefits. Assist in ensuring the requirements are documented correctly so that they can be understood and progressed by the Salesforce Team.

What you will do:

• Collaborate and influence users and management in the definition, analysis, design and acceptance of new processes and systems.


• Assist with requirements by liaising with administrators/technical architects, developers, business users and developers to create a coherent solution.


• Work with the Salesforce team to suggest innovative ways of delivering efficiencies to the EMEA Salesforce instance and supporting processes.


• Assist with testing in a Sandbox & Admin Sandbox to ensure it meets the business need.


• Assist with implementing changes to live & assist with the process to business-as-usual support. Provide subject matter expertise to the Business Solutions & Innovation team.


• Support the documentation of the Salesforce environment. Ensure all changes are documented.


• Support the development of the testing regime. Ensure it is both flexible and secure.


• Produce reports as & when required by the team, EMEA Alliances & operational departments.
  
  Previous experience with Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
