Full Job Description

As a Section Manager at N.ASQUARE LTD, you will play a crucial role in managing our online sales operations and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our online retail presence, from product selection to customer service, to ensure a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for our customers on Amazon, eBay , Etsy and TikTok., Managing online sales and working towards maximizing online sales to consequently lead to increased profits.

- Researching, identifying, and selecting products that are mostly requested or

demanded by customers on online platforms.

- Assisting customers by providing product information, and prices and obtaining feedback.

- Assisting customers with placing orders or making payments.

- Managing and determining staffing and resources needs to aid in meeting desired outcomes.

- Dealing with customer queries, refund requests, and complaints in a professional manner.

- Ensuring our products are listed accurately and are appealing on all our online

platforms, including eBay and Amazon.

- Keeping abreast of regulatory information and consumer rights.

- Managing invoicing and preparing online sales reports for the director. Also ensuring

- our external accountants are given necessary sales information.
